I released a podcast today of a conversation with Matt Williams of Infra, a new company taking on simplifying central infrastructure user authentication and permissions. It's open source, and quite easy to get started with. In this episode, Matt does a great job of explaining the pain points of Kubernetes user management, certificate distribution and revocation, and more pain points that Infra is bringing simplicity to.
The company infra started with solving the Kubernetes user management problem and they're now bringing that simplicity to other infrastructure like SSH, AWS, and databases. I found this tool to be simple to use, kind of Docker-esque, and a no brainer for teams that don't really have a centralized way to manage Kubernetes admins and permissions.
